I am AWFUL at having breakfast every morning! If I’m tired I’d rather snooze for an extra ten than have breakfast or I’d rather eat some rubbish cereal bar. I used to have overnight oats and then stopped so my aim is to start doing this on days I have work so if I am late I can put them in a mason jar and take them to work with me!
All I did for these was basically get some gluten free oats, rice milk, chia seeds and blueberries.
In the morning I did add quite a lot of extras including some cinnamon, goji berries, hemp seeds, flax seeds, raspberries and strawberries.
It tasted delicious and even got the other half to have a bowl! Next time I’m going to put the goji berries in overnight too!
